FIRST CONSULTATION: COSTS REDUCTION FOR OUR CLIENTS

PHILOSOPHY OF TRANSPARENT AND PROPORTIONED COSTS

for the management of initial consultations

 

In this way, you will pay neither more nor less than what your request for advice weighs on the amount of work done by the international tax lawyers

 

These rules only concern the individual first consultations which can be made in a maximum of 1 hour; however, it does not concern legal opinions that require days or weeks of work; however, it may concern brief advice on certain aspects of the latter.

 

To meet the needs of different types of clients, the Network has agreed with the lawyers on a strong reduction in their basic rates, and the acceptance of reducible fees according to a sequential system, which allows clients to contain costs for simple-to-solve questions, in such a way that all clients have the opportunity to access it, but at the same time it guarantees a VIP service, of maximum excellence, to clients who require more complex forms of initial consultancy, or want preferential VIP treatments.

In fact, customer needs can vary enormously from client to client.

The cost is now, therefore, proportionate to the weight of the request for consultancy on the work management of lawyers and other professionals, through the consideration of ten factors that differentiate the various requests for consultancy.

In order to establish the cost, the following factors are taken into account:

1. The client urgently needs to receive advice within 96 hours following the request.
2. The client has no urgency to receive advice, and is available to receive it within 14 working days; this consultancy has a lower cost because it allows the lawyer to organize his own calendar more easily, and anticipate other clients who have more urgent needs;
3. In order to give advice, the lawyer has to work longer, and the length of the email with which the advice is given has a number of words greater than two hundred (and up to five hundred words), or if given by telephone, it takes more than 30 minutes (and up to an hour);
4. In order to render the consultancy, the lawyer does not have to dwell, and it can be given by mail with a number of words lower than 200, or if made by telephone it does not require more than 30 minutes max;
5. The lawyer must examine documents sent by the client.
6. The lawyer does not have to examine documents sent by the client.
7. The client simply wants to get an “indicative” idea of the matter and does not want the lawyer to examine any type of law or other documents, this advice does not have the value of a legal opinion but is to be considered indicative, and is equivalent to asking for the " informal opinions” of a legal practitioner, who can equally help a non-expert to get an idea;
8. The client wants the lawyer to determine exactly and precisely the legal response needed, and therefore is willing to pay the extra time necessary to allow the lawyer to search and examine the relevant normative texts or judgments;
9. Some clients have an unavoidable need to receive advice by telephone or in person, which entails the following consequences for the lawyer: 1. setting a schedule of specific continuous time to be dedicated to the client, 2. impossibility of providing for the client's request in the spare time, and 3. Impossibility to delegate even part of the matter to lawyers and junior professionals;
10. Conversely, the customer does not have the above requirement, and client is available to receive advice via email; therefore, in this case the consultancy costs less because it is easier for the lawyer to render the consultancy given that the same can be given between different clippings of time, it can be partially started in a clipping of time and completed in another, it allows the lawyer greater flexibility in the daily calendar, and furthermore, research and ancillary activities can be delegated to junior lawyers and professionals.

This way no one will pay more than they receive.

Parameters:

Method: advice is given by mail or by phone, as specified.

Length: consultancy that requires more or less than 200 words in e-mail mode, or more or less than 30 minutes in telephone mode.

Urgency: need to receive advice within 96 hours, or willingness to receive it within 14 working days;

Document examination: the lawyer must or must not examine client documents (for example, files);

Laws Examination: the client wants an informal opinion from a legal practitioner or legal advice;

 

So to give a practical example, if the customer requests a brief, non-urgent consultation via e-mail, which does not require examination of documents or laws, he will only pay 300 USD.
